Invest in assets that show returns
Investors can buy solar panels on the roofs of large-scale commercial, retail and industrial buildings. The electricity generated is sold at a profit to the landlord of the building. Income is paid monthly over a 20-year life span of the investment.
Alternatively, invest in a healthy beef cow that is in its last four months of growth. The cattle are fully maintained by the farmer until they are ready for sale. Profit can be withdrawn or reinvested.

Solar panels
Purchase solar panels that are installed on industrial, retail and commercial buildings. The landlords of the buildings sign a contract to purchase all electricity generated. As the owner, you benefit from a share of the profit.
Beef cattle farming
Purchase beef cattle for the last four months of growth. Earn between 12-14% Internal Rate of Return, depending on the average weight and beef price at the time of sale. You are able to reinvest in additional cattle at the end of the four month period.

Returns
Our returns range from 10% IRR to 14% Internal Rate of Return dependent on the term and purchase price.
